If the project warrants a hospital-physician partnership, Gemstar will help organize the project, develop the operating agreements, and prepare all the proforma financials. It is also willing to take an equity stake in the venture if the parties to the joint venture would want Gemstar to do so. Gemstar has the personnel to manage the JV if requested by the parties.
